1. Smoothness

The smoother the paper, the more even and complete the contact between the toner cartridge and the paper surface, resulting in better color rendering. Conversely, poor smoothness can easily cause the printed ink to appear pale or mottled.

2. Appropriate Paper Weight

Common ordinary copy paper weighs 70g and 80g; the heavier the paper, the higher the price. If high quality is not required, 70g copy paper is generally recommended.

3. Whiter is not always better

Copier paper can be divided into natural white and bleached types. Bleached paper is whiter. For home or office use, it is recommended to choose natural white copy paper, which is beneficial for eye protection.
